I am a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher with almost 20 years of teaching yoga in a wide variety of settings to groups, including general classes and workshops, children, people with MS,  and people with heart disease.

Classes run in the Fylde are;

Tuesdays 7.30pm - 9pm at Our Lady's Church Hall, Common Edge Rd, Blackpool

Wednesdays 7pm - 8.30pm at Lytham Assembly Rooms, Dicconson Terrace, Lytham

Mondays - classes starting in January 2010 at Palatine High School Dance Studio, Blackpool

I am currently training to become a reflexologist. I will be offering free reflexology sessions from December 2009. These will be used as case studies for my final qualification. Please contact me if you are interested in these sessions.
