Pear Tree Holiday Club Profile
Pear Tree Holiday Club in Kirkham is an ‘Inclusive Holiday Club' for children aged 3-16 years. It is unique in the Fylde area of Lancashire, as it provides good quality childcare, during the school holidays, for children who have learning difficulties alongside children from the local community, enabling ‘mainstream' children and children who attend Pear Tree Special School to play together during the holidays. The club is helping to break down the barriers of disability within the local community.

It is our aim to provide a fully inclusive holiday club that ensures all children feel safe and valued and to give everyone the opportunity to meet new and old friends whilst participating in exciting, stimulating activities
The lives of all children will be enriched by the full participation of disabled children. Disability awareness in all school activity will help build understanding for all children and adults.
