History

His 30 years experience in the Lancashire Constabulary, latterly as Head of Leadership Development for over 1,000 supervisors/managers, has given him a real insight into how people behave, perform and develop as individuals.

For the past 2 years he has been helping individuals and team achieve success within the private and public sector and professional sport
