Located down a back alley it has a romantic dining room with low ceilings and cosy alcoves, Greens Bistro has become a favourite place for dates and celebrations with Lancashire locals. With an award-winning modern British menu, the restaurant is run by husband and wife team Paul and Anna Webster. Using only fresh, seasonal, local produce it has been awarded a AA rosette and is Lancashire Life Restaurant of the year 2008-2009.
