Disability Information & Support Profile

Disability Information & Support offers advice, information and support to adults & children with disabilities or illness, and their carers.

This specialist service is a registered charity and exists to meet the needs of people with disabilties and long term health issues. The main office is based in Blackpool but we also operate in Fylde and Wyre.

We offer advice and information with welfare benefits, aids and equipment, leisure, mobility and any disablity or health related enquiry.

The main office is open Monday to Friday10am-4pm. You can call in the office within the above opening hours, however for more involved enquires an appointment will be necessary. You can also telephone our dedicated helplines, email or text us.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the refurbishment of the Whitegate Resource Centre, where our main office is located, we have temporarily relocated to UNIT 8, EVANS BUSINESS CENTRE, AMY JOHNSON WAY BLACKPOOL, FY4 2RX. Our helpline and email details remain the same.
