A New Day Profile

Events run to create an awareness about the idea of having a community school of excellence.  In doing this many members of the local community dedicate their time and energy into raising much needed funds for the NSPCC - Acorn Centre. 

A New Day provides level three manditory training for health and social care, children and young people covering areas in Blackpool and Cumbria.   

A business plan has been developed for the community and e mailed to the Local Coucil, MP, National Heritage Trust and The Civic Sociiety to consider a reusage of an historical building for health, education and training.
