A round-up of what's happening around Wyre in the next few weeks, starting with an invitation to attend a garden party in Poulton hosted by the Mayor and Mayoress of Wyre, Councillor Alan and Mrs Kath Vincent
Strawberries and cream, cakes and cream teas will be served in the picturesque grounds of the Civic Centre, Breck Road, on Saturday August 29.
Special guests the Fleetwood Royalettes will be performing for guests, while other attractions include face painting, raffle and tombola.
The event is being held to raise funds for this year's mayoral charities - Trinity Hospice and the Fleetwood RNLI.

Start Sailing Course
